Blue Ridge Jams
Made in the United States
Pineapple preserves are hand made in small batches, with fresh chopped pineapples and pure cane sugar to create a delicious gourmet fruit preserve. A old fashioned pineapple preserve is made from large pieces of pineapples and are cooked to the point where the peaches are suspended in a jelly like mixture. The texture of the preserves are not as smooth as jelly or jam, but instead is chunky with the fruit.
