Questions and Answers
Blueberry Preserves are hand made in small batches, with pure cane sugar, and fresh blueberries to ensure superior quality and excellent taste. A old fashioned blueberry preserve is made from large or whole pieces of fresh ripe blueberries and are cooked to the point where the fruit is suspended in a jelly like mixture. The texture of the preserves are not as smooth as jelly. This product is both a real fruit jam and a fruit preserves, using large chunks of fresh fruit like a preserves that breaks down while cooking it into more of a spreadable jam like consistency.
