Cherry Preserves are hand made in small batches, with the fresh sour cherries and pure cane sugar to ensure superior quality and excellent taste. An old fashioned preserve is made from large or whole pieces of cherries, and are cooked to the point where the fruit is suspended in a jelly like liquid. The texture of the preserves are not as smooth as jelly or jam.

I had a chance to try this for the first time on a wheat English muffin. Absolutely wonderful taste. Not too sweet which is what I was looking for and you and included whole and Gerry pieces in the preserves. I will be ordering again.
