Blue Ridge Jams Pickles are made from whole or sliced vegetables and fruits pickled in vinegar and spices. The pickles have varying heat levels from a simple “Hot” which typically means that it includes crushed red peppers up to “Fire” which could include Habanero Peppers.

“Crisp Bread and Butter Pickles” are a delicious combination of cucumbers, onions, vinegar, and spices is an excellent addition to any meal.

“Iced” pickles means that the pickles have a sweet, crisp flavor.

“Fire” pickles means that the pickles have a hot, spicy flavor.
