Damson Plum Jelly is made from the finest damson plum juice, and contains no pieces of fruit. Jellies have a consistent texture and a see through appearance. Damsons are a tart full bodied plum, that are blue and smaller than a golf ball. This tart plum makes a delicious tart jam.  Damson plum jelly taste a little sweeter than the Wild Plum Jelly, but has the tart delicous taste of your old fashioned plum jelly.
