Kudzu Blossom Jelly? Yes, This is actually made out of real Kudzu Blossoms. What can I say, we southerner's will make jelly out of anything! For those of you that are going "What the heck is Kudzu?" It is a climbing, coiling, and trailing vine with hugh green leaves that is jokingly called the "Vine that Ate the South!". If you have ever driven down the curvy mountain roads of North Carolina and noticed places that looked like a green jungle has over taken trees, ground, and really "anything" in sight that would be Kudzu.
