Blue Ridge Jams: Muscadine Jelly is made from only the finest muscadine grape fruit juices and ingredients. What are Muscadines? Muscadine grapes are native to North Carolina and the southest United States. They are large, thickskinned grapes that grow in loose clusters. Muscadine has a tarter taste than Concord Grapes, with a delicious Musky taste. Jellies are made in small batches the old fashioned way and hand stirred to create the an assortant of wonderfully delicious flavors. Homemade Jellies have a clear, see through look and consistency.

Ingredients: Muscadine Juice, Sugar, Pectin, Citric Acid

Creative Uses:  

• Fruit Pancakes: Just pour your favorite fruit Jelly over fresh hot pancakes and add a dollop of whipped cream!
