Red Raspberry Preserves are made from whole red raspberries, and preserve the natural goodness of the fruit. This preserves does have seeds in it just like a fresh raspberry, and loads of wonderful flavor.  Blue Ridge Jams: Preserves are hand made in small batches, with the freshest fruits and finest ingredients to ensure superior quality and excellent taste. A old fashioned preserve is made from large or whole pieces of fruit and are cooked to the point where the fruit is suspended. The texture of the preserves are not as smooth as jelly or jam. Gourmet Preserves are available in 10 oz sizes.

Creative Uses:  

• Fruit Pancakes: Just pour our gourmet preserves over fresh hot pancakes and add a dollop of whipped cream!
• Easy Fruit Sundae: Just pour your favorite homemade preserves over ice cream to create wonderful flavors.
• Fruit Turnover: Cut puff pastry into squares, fill with your favorite fruit preserve, crimp the edges with a fork and bake until golden brown.
• Spread: Simply use  a variety of old fashioned preserves as a spread on breads, pastries, and meats.
• Glaze: Use preserves as a delicious glaze on meats such as fish, lamb, pork chops, or as a glaze on vegetables.
• Appetizer or Hor’dourve:  Just add preserve to crackers for an easy appetizer, make it more interesting by adding cream cheese to your crackers. Or use with goat cheese, smoked cheddar, brie or other varieties of cheese and serve with your meal.
• Condiment: Add preserves as a condiment to spice up dishes.
