My mother used to make Watermelon Rind Pickles when I was a kid. I can't believe the only place I can find them is to order them from NORTH CAROLINA. They are so good. I sure hope I don't eat the whole jar in one sitting!! We'll see!!! Thanks Blue Ridge!!

If you ever had watermelon rind pickles as a kid, you have GOT to try these. They bring back so many memories. I would even have to say that my grandmother would have said these are better than the ones she used to make!!

Watermellon rind pickles are my favorite. My sister buys them for me as a treat when she travels. I've had different brands but these are definitely the best I've ever had! I like that they aren't hard. Must be processed at just the right time.
